NaCl - Halite (Himalayan Salt Rock)
These isometric, cube-forming crystals of Sodium Chloride are the same as table salt but retain metal impurities of copper (Cu), chromium( Cr) and iron (Fe) attributes a warm and glowing pink hue.
The transparent, soft and cloudy crystals of Salt Rock are fractured pieces mined most likely from regions in Pakistan. Salt is an iconic and easily accessible crystal, and the pink Himalayan salt is a common possession for its beauty as well as use in cooking. Salt was one of the earliest luxury resources and was an ancient commodity still relevant today, and has long been suggested to have certain health benefits.
